SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping on all orders with a total value of $25.00 or more.

The cost to ship orders with a total value of $5.00 or less is $2.99.

The cost to ship orders with a total value between $5.00 and $25.00 is $3.99.

These costs are based on standard first class shipping within the United States.

If you would upgrade your shipping to UPS, you will be billed actual costs.

Orders shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, Japan or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
You will receive an email notification the day your order is shipped. This notification will automatically be sent to the email address provided on your order.

Orders shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail can be tracked at www.usps.com. Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked at www.ups.com.

Please note that because of increased use of software to filter spam or junk mail, your email service provider or account may bounce (reject) this automated email notification.

SAME DAY SHIPPING
We offer same-day shipping for all orders received weekdays before 1:00 PM ET.

Orders received weekdays after 1:00 PM ET, weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.

Please refer to the information sections below regarding Special Order Items and Out of Stock Items for exceptions to same day shipping.

Customer must select First Class Mail as the shipping option. Your order may be upgraded to Priority Mail or UPS Ground based on order weight and size requirements at the discretion of shipping personnel.

*Delivery time varies depending on your location in the US. Please allow for extra delivery time that may be caused due to delays within the US Postal Service.

**UPS services available to Puerto Rico limited to 2nd Day Air due to service restrictions in most areas.

UPS services are guaranteed delivery based on number of business days (Monday to Friday), not counting the day the item ships or any weekend days or holidays. JacobDavis Productions is not responsible for delays in delivery caused after your shipment is received by UPS.

Customers requiring Next Day or Saturday delivery must contact Customer Service at 407-656-8090(Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm ET) due to limited service availability by UPS.

ORDERS SHIPPING TO CANADA, JAPAN & UNITED KINGDOM

Orders shipping to Canada, Japan and United Kingdom via USPS may be subject to delivery delays caused by customs processing. We are not responsible for any delays caused in delivery once the order has left the US Mail system. To guarantee delivery and receive trackable shipping information please use UPS services available.

Delivery is by Air Mail Parcel Post. Maximum weight allowed 66 lbs. Orders over 66 lbs may require additional shipping costs and alternate USPS shipping service.

Important Note: All goods shipped to Canada, Japan or United Kingdom are liable to customs duty and Value Added tax on importation. Orders shipping to Canada Japan or United Kingdom require additional processing time due to customs documentation requirements. In stock items guaranteed to ship by the following business day.

SPECIAL ORDER & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Special order items may not be available to ship immediately, and require up to two weeks for delivery. Out of stock items will list an expected shipping date on the item page.
